How long does battery installation take at your stores? +
Most battery installations take 20-30 minutes. This includes removal of your old battery, terminal cleaning, installation of the new battery, and electrical system testing. For vehicles requiring battery registration (BMW, Mercedes, etc.), allow up to 45 minutes.
What payment methods do you accept in-store? +
We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and EFTPOS at all three Sydney locations. Payment is required before installation begins.
Do your in-store battery prices include installation? +
Battery prices shown are for the battery only. Installation service is available for an additional fee and includes old battery removal, terminal cleaning, proper installation, and system testing. Call for a complete quote including installation.
What warranty comes with batteries purchased at your stores? +
All our batteries come with manufacturer warranties ranging from 24 to 36 months depending on the model. Warranty coverage is valid at any of our three Sydney locations and includes replacement if the battery fails during the warranty period.
Can I return a battery if it's the wrong one? +
Yes, unused batteries in original packaging can be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase. Once a battery has been installed, returns are subject to manufacturer warranty terms only. Our staff will ensure you receive the correct battery before installation to avoid this issue.
